99-04 Cowl hood(4 inch)

Looking to sell the fiberglass hood off my 99 Cobra. Its a 4 inch cowl, oxord white, not sure of the brand as it came with the car when I bought it. I am looking for a local sale, I will not ship the hood because the shipping expense alone wouldnt be worth it to myself or the buyer. Im located in Minneapolis, would be willing to drive 2-3 hours to meet a serious buyer. Looking for 400$

These are the best pictures I have right now, car is currently in the shop but should be back this week so if you want additional pictures just ask. Hoods is in great shape, no dents, scratches, or chips.

I had a guy from Missouri begging me to ship the hood, greyhound was the cheapest and it was 150 I believe with no insurance offered. Unfortunately there is no way that I know of to ship a hood that would make the sale worthwhile to you or myself.

That's just insane. They don't weigh anything , I know the size makes it awkward but damn.
If the hood is flawless, and you can are willing to check pricing, I may be interested still. My car is Oxford white so I'd be saving money not having it painted.

I believe the hood weighs 25 pounds, but its the size that jacks the price up. The hood dimensions exceeds the maximum size allowed according to greyhound, so thats why they are quoting me at 150+.

I would love to help you out but Im sticking with local sales. I put the hood on craigslist as well and have about 3 people trying to buy it locally at the moment.
