There are two versions...one for the single bolt timing cover and another for the three bolt version. A quick google search and you would have found this....I'll make it easy for you!

Read post 10 of this thread. They included pictures from the procharger manual.

Why would you want one that big? I had a 3.6" and made 10-11 psi. I just switched to a 3.2" and now see 14 psi. I'm still on the stock bottom end, but I'm running methanol. It runs a lot harder with the 3.2" pulley, obviously.

lol because he wants his shortblock to last. Your taking a big chance running 14 psi on a stock shortblock meth or not.

OP - a 3.85 will net you about 8 psi assuming the car is mostly stock besides some bolt ons. A 3.7 closer to 9-10 psi. I would make the choice between these 2 an run one of those. On 8 psi (3.85 pulley) I made 403hp and 404tq with only other mods being full exhaust and tb/plenum. Then I built a motor!

While it's not the most popular to run 14 psi, I know of a few other people that have run even more boost for over 50k miles on a stock shortblock. But I understand somebody staying on the safer side of things.

But honestly, I wouldn't even consider running less than 10 lbs. Not only will you make less peak power, but it will come in slower too..

Yea I made 10 psi with 3.85 pulley and Anderson power pipe. I wanted a little more boost so I bought a 3.75 and making 12 plus pounds. More boost then I wanted. It's. d1sc.
