I'm the original owner. Sold the car in late 04, then bought it back from the guy I sold it to in 2007. Updated the motor, then lost motivation to completely finish the car. Big life change coming up, resulting in my moving from North Texas to Tennessee soon - motivated to sell!

Here's a rundown:

99 Cobra with 77k on the chassis.

Engine:
- Brand new Al Papitto built 283 cid
- Ported 03 Cobra heads
- Short-runner Intake w/spacer
- 00 Cobra R Cams
- MODMAX Lightweight pistons & I-beam rods
- 8-bolt GT Crank (8 lbs lighter than stock Cobra crank)
- JBA Short Headers
- Dr Gas off-road X (also have a catted X)
- SLP Loudmouth exhaust (very loud!)
NOTE: Engine has less than 20 miles on it. Not yet tuned. Expecting ~375-390 RWHP @ ~7000 rpm.

Driveline:
- Scattershield
- Aluminum flywheel
- Spec Aluminum hub 10.5" clutch
- G-Force Dog-ring, Helical T5. Will shift at ANY rpm! .59 5th gear
- 8.8 rear with new Truetrac diff & 31 Spline axles, welded tubes.
- 4.56 gears
- Centerline Convo Pro Wheels, M/T 26" DRs in rear, skinnies in front

Chassis:
- Custom Matt Wirt 6-pt rollbar with swingouts (both sides)
- X2C Motorsports boxed upper & lower control arms
- Adjustable front & rear struts/shocks
- Moroso front drag springs
- Air bags in both rear springs
- Baer Serious Street front brakes (no longer sold)

Other:
- A/C Removed
- EGR Removed
- ABS Removed
- Stock cloth V6 seats in front, rear seats removed
- Oil Pressure, Vacuum, and water temp gauges in center console
- Aftermarket stereo (removing Mach 460 saved almost 25 lbs)
- HO Fibertrends hood
- Car should weigh ~3050-3100 lbs w/o driver
- No rust. Paint cleans up decent, but is 10 years old, so there are some scratches/blemishes/etc. Body is straight - very few dings.

The motor is VERY streetable - more than the the rest of the car. It idles and runs pretty much like stock. Motor will be peaky due to the short-runner intake, but has plenty of ooomph for street driving.

The tranny is a dog-ring setup, thus is not syncronized, which makes it noisy and notchy for the street - but unbeatable on the track. It has helical cut gears, but is noisy in 2nd and 3rd gear (quiet in 4th and 5th).

Dang Bob seems like you just got it back from my yankee brother. Hate to see it leave it's home again. Good luck with the sale.
