99 cobra Teskid block in a 98 cobra

yes it will. i believe the only differences are in the 96-98 b head vs 99+ c heads
I would be putting some b heads on the 99 cobra block.
everything bolts right up
you'll need a different time cover as well, i believe
Either timing cover work with the B heads but you will need a 96-98 cover for the 98 accessories to bolt up.
the timing cover is the same for 96-99
I know the chain guides are different from the 03/04 to 96-98. Not sure on the 99-01

Yes it will work, in fact some 99 Cobras actually came with the exact same Teksid (Italian) block as earlier 4.6 liter Cobras. For 99 Ford in its infinite wisdom decided to switch to a block cast here in the good old USA to save money.
