I have an 03 cobra with an slp cutback, CAI and a tune, still stock pulley... My friend has a 99 cobra with a full exhaust, CAI and tune, he also has 4.10 gears... from a dig who's 0-60 would be quicker

The better driver will get to 60 first. After that the 03 Cobra (assuming its not already ahead) will steam past the 99. The 03 Cobra is a faster car hands down, but that doesn't mean driver error is out of the picture. He's probably near 300rwhp and you should be around 410rwhp
