99 SS vs 04 Cobra

Well I raced a 04 Cobra today out in the back woods. He won the first race and I won the second. We also raced from a 50mph roll, I stayed with him for a minute and then he pulled away. Really nice guy and I love the way that black Cobra looks! I was just happy to hang with him for as long as I did on the freeway roll and to get him once from a dig. His Cobra put down right at 400rwhp and is very fast. I thought I would share these videos;

Cobra = 400rwhp

SS Mods = 4.10 gears, lid, ported throttle body, SLP Loudmouth @ Y pipe

Here is the guys sig....
1999 Black SS M6 build #2945 of 4829 made. Precision 4.10's, Free Ram air Mod, Raised air box, TB bypass, Whisper lid, SLP smooth bellow, Descreened, ported and polished MAF, Polished TB, EGR Mod, SLP LM and SLP "Y" pipe. BMR strut tower brace, Optima red top, Viper Security system, K&N filter, white face gauge overlays with bezel and custom Franker decals.

He said the cobra owner was cool, so no need for bashing or stupid comments from the ford crowd (myself included in the ford crowd).

95YellowGTBeast, Your probably right if his mods are correct...When I was cam only running stock heads I pulled a stock 03 by 4-5 cars from 50-135 roll.

Yea he is my friend i let him borrow the moeny to dyno his car he put down 420rwhp on a slipping stock clutch.
