A beaten to death question will 15" rims fit cobra brakes

Really want to run Weld RTs 15x4 medium pad or billet specialties 15x4. Car has long studs already will the welds fit with some grinding some say yes some say no. Also read wear guys buy a relocation bracket from Bear to run 11" rotors. What is the cheapest and easier method to do this

17's is the cheapest and easiest method.

from what you'll spend on new brackets and rotors, it'd probably be more than just buying 17's out the gate.

So you went with the 15x4 medium pad and with a little grinding they fit. No spacers needed.
