the cams are good stock. they are forged and produce a lot more low end torque than the 01 cobras.
if one does anything internally get forged pistons and rods. then add boost. :lol: :lol:
really the key to these cars getting into the low 12's is 4:30 gears, sticky tires, and some basic bolt ons. remember the mach 1 will travel just as fast through the 1/4 as the ls1 with less hp. check out the mach1registry for 1/4 times and the mods they had. they also have more info for hp per mod.
also open up the exaust and get rid of the cats. i am also saving to redo the suspension(griggs racing) so the car will hook with out sticky tires. good luck.
