?? about L wheels

Trying to find out the diffrence between the 99-00L and 01-02L in regrades to bolt patteren, and the 12mm 14mm deal.Is it that they just put diffrent size lugs on them?

Same bolt pattern on all years. The only difference is that 99 has 12mm bolts.

12mm studs, or 12mm nuts.I guess the real ? is will 12mm wheels fit on an 01L.

The 12mm wheels will fit on the 14mm studs.
