About to pull my auto trans any suggestions

2012 6R80 with Pypes stepped longtubes, and 3" offroad x. Need to pull the trans for a little build up. If anyone has any info that would be helpful to have in advance please chime in. This is not my first trans pull but have never done one on this car.

I have heard of dealerships dropping back of k-member (loosen front 4 bolts and take back 4 ones out) allows more room to get bellhousing top out from firewall I am guessing.
