Accufab sticking on anyone else???

I recently installed an Accufab T/B. The install was quick and easy but now my throttle sticks. Basically there is a little bit of resistance when I very first push the pedal down. I have narrowed the problem down to the acctual T/B. Thought maybe the spring on the T/B might be too rigid but even with the spring held away and me turning the part by hand, I can still feel the resistance (only in the very begining). Any suggestions/opinions?

the vaccume drawls it shut too far, back out the stop a tad and re-adjust the tps
