I put on my throttle body a few days ago and notice that when I go to push the accelerator it feels like there is something under it (but only for the first inch or so) until I get going.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same thing going on with mine. I called John M at Accufab & he said to send the TB back to him & he could fix it. Says it sounds like the throttle blade is sticking to the housing.

Yep mine did that and I did a minor adjustment with the stop screw to take care of it.

Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting screw into the throttle stop just enough to eliminate the stick, not enough to affect idle. Then re-tighten the lock nut.

That little adjustment fixed mine too. Just turn it very slightly. What gave me the most trouble is finally determining that the adjusting screw is actually a very tiny torque screw, at least in my case it was.
