AeroCatch 120-2000 Hood Latches

Hey folks, I am looking at getting the AeroCatch 120-2000 latches. For the folks that have had them installed for a year or more, I am wondering what your opinions are? Did it stop or greatly reduce hood flutter? Are the function and appearance still decent? They look like they are mostly plastic. Are they durable?
