Hi guys i have a 03 cobra with the AFCO AFCO Dual Fan Cobra Heat exchanger and the fans just dot work there plugged in all good but idk why they dont work even when i jump them with a wire.. is there like a temp they turn on?

No, they should be running all the time. I would double check all your work and ensure something isn't loose, not hooked up correctly, and/or has pulled apart somewhere.
Ok yeah did more research and found out that they did have some problems with the wiring.. And i got the car like this so idk where the fuse are lol.
