Aftermarket Air Filter?

Thinking about buying this car and was wondering if it looks stock to you guys other than the air filter. Is it just an aftermarket air filter?

From what I can see in that pic the only thing aftermarket is the filter which is no big deal.

When you go to look at it, which I'm assuming you'll do before you commit to buying, check the rear end for any leaks and the front of the blower for any type of marks where a pulley puller would go.
