Aftermarket oil pans

How many of you guys with built motors have aftermarket oil pans?

I thought is was enough of a pain in the ass to drop the motor in with the stock pan not too mention it holds 6 quarts so I just stayed with the stocker

I feel the same way about it. Im pulling the motor for somebody else. It has an aftermarket pan on it and damn was it a pain in the ass to get out. I just wanted to hear from some other people before I talked to him about it.

I actually had issues with the Moroso oil pan that was sent to me after it was installed. Needless to say we went back with stocker...

I'm running the Canton pan and it was no problem to install the motor with it on.

Whats it look like? The one on the motor im doing is a moroso. It has a big kick out in the right side.

You can look it up on Canton's sight. It has a kick out on both sides, barely clears the oil filter.

selling my aluminum canton pan and pick up...see the classifieds if interestyed

I put a moroso on mine. i was kinda a hassle putting in but it fits, its kinda close to the crossmember but im satisfied.
