What you have to look at is the cfm@90. Most of your air tools up to 1/2, can be run off of atleast 4.0 cfm @ 90. Your bigger tools like a 3/4 impact needs to have atleast 6 cfm @ 90. When buy a impact, or any air tool look at the cfm's that it takes to run it. Good luck to ya.

Thanks, you gave me what I needed. It appears this one does 5.5 CFM at 90 psi... so it should cover most of what I need.

I noticed some require oil and some don't, which is better?

Also, when I first bought it, I was like "I'm gonna run Mobil 1 oil in this bad boy." Funny thing is, the manual actually calls for using Mobil 1 Synthetic!! lol. Awesome!! :thumbsup:

5.5@90 is a good recovery rate. You should have no problem runnin anything out there. I would go with one that take oil. They seem to last longer.
