Air filter suggestions

I'm looking to get rid of my C&L Mass Air Meter. I've been told it makes the car run lean. I don't remember what my A/F was on my last dyno run, it was a while ago. I have a MM STB and that's not going anywhere, I know my options are limited. I was looking at the K&N FIPK but I also found the JLT budget horsepower kit, I think this is what I should go with. Any suggestions?

i hear the WMS racing kit clears STB's...it's a quality product...i had one for a long time, but i do like the JLT better....
