Airaid intake help plz!

i purchased an Airaid intake from AM and I managed to lose the fitting for the intake tube that is extra for the automatic. i don't know what the line does on the auto but i cant hook it to my intake right now because i don't have the grommet and fitting...

Is there a solution to this or can i purchase the missing parts separate?

any help is appreciated

i did find out that the line is a vacuum line from the transmission. i have to wait till monday to call and see if i can order replacement parts.

That line you're referring to is vacuum for the brake booster. You could always switch over to the manual setup.

how does that work? why is it different on the auto?

I had the exact issue. I called airaid and they sent me a new set. they actually sent me two and as you said its for the trans. no idea what it does... I looked it up but I didn't understand lol. If you would like I could send you my extra one. im in south al so it may get there quicker than from az
