Airbag cover stains. Help!

I have these black dot stains on the airbag cover and I have tried everything I can think of to get it off. I need suggestions. We have tried goo gone, nail polish remover, hydrogen peroxide, normal car wash, and old fashioned scrubbing. The stain is from a previous owner and we dont know what it is. Please interior gods, bless us with an answer.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I think it's a factory defect.

If it's not under warranty then Sem Paints work great. I painted all my fake brushed aluminum.

If you can't get it out, just carbon fiber vinyl wrap it
