I recently purchased a used 08 GT about a month ago. I started up the vehicle yesterday and the throw out bearing starting making a terrible loud noise. As I drove the vehicle it seemed to quite down but the noise is still there when clutch is in. The vehicle only has 39k miles on it and i was wondering if this is normal? Is this a common issue? Should I try to go back to dealer to see if they will replace? I was looking at clutches and if I buy a aftermarket clutch do I have to buy a aftermarket flywheel? What is the best aftermarket clutch to use? Who is the best company to buy it from at a resonable price? The vehicle is currently stock but I do plan on upgrades later. I do not want a super hard clutch.

Thank you for all your help,
Chris

Stay with the stock clutch, there are guys running high 10's with stock clutch. Have someone look at the car if you bought from a dealer go back. It may be a pilot bearing, the TB will make noise all the time if bad.
