Please help I purchased an item off Ebay, it is a rip off scam to the fullest.
I paypal'd the guy money and he ripped me. no item sent in return for payment, and he wont answer his phone when he see's my call id number.
Help a guy out here, im out $650.00. I have contacted police, and filed a report on FBI site for Ebay, and Ebay itself, but have heard nuthin back....
Lets make his life miserable. I have his phone number and address for anyone interested in helpin out. I will offer a one hundred dollar reward to anyone whom might have interest in stopping in and paying him a visit.

He will not send it. I have all proof of purchase, and all our emails are logged. He stopped response after payment !!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you ever see the thread, I think it was on a Honda site, but basically the same thing happened to this guys, so they drove to the kids house, and his dad was a state trooper, and ended up giving them all of his car parts.....and a turbo kit was part of it!

Im not sure how the address goes either70 #20, but thats what I have. I contacted him and he said he wanted to separate from auction the head unit from his other parts. We agreed on a price of 600 and 50 to overnight it.
thats the 650.00 this is not a flame its legite. the results from paypal and ebay have not come... I have had tons of legitimate buys off here and this is uncool. I am looking for assistance in whatever way i can, not to mention satisfaction!!! I had to file a report with local authorities and they told me it takes time...how long would you wait?

MSP read the other post. I am not here to make illigitimate claim, just warn people. You ought to consider this a good thing for nieve people or people who take chances on losers as I did. Again, I emailed the guy, I asked if he would separate the head unit, as I dont want the other stuff. He told me he was interested in doing that, and proceeded to tell me he was closing it off and I sent the money to cover it. He then got the money and never sent the unit. He recently has an auction opened up again with this stuff on it... I paid for next day air on it, and was spoofed....Yes my bad, but I am a trusting person, too trusting apparently.

Maybe you should have checked this before you sent money? :shrug:

It wasn't that hard to find all this out. I do it for everyone that has bought a car from me on ebay, before I contact them.
