what is everyone's favorite stang, newer or older...just simply the most favorite

i'd have to say any year of the GT350, the white with blue stripes edition...and well gota admit...gota love the 03-04 cobras

definetly...the BOSS were sexy, the BOSS 302 was no car and driver not to long ago...first time they didnt bash on the american cars BUT wow IT LOOKED NICE

but on tv once i forget which show i recall seeing a mustang with a big block 604 in it, 604 I HAVE NO CLUE where it came from or who made it...but i think it was a ONCE in production mustang or possibly a concept...
but jesus...604...chevy thought they made big motors...and ford relied on blowers...but hell were they wrong

No, but it would fit. The 385-series consisted of the 460 and the 429. The 429/460 shared the same bore size. The 429 had a shorter stroke vs. the 460.

My favorite:
1965 GT350R (34 built)

Honorable mention:
1969 Shelby Boss 302 race cars (5 built)
69/70 Boss 302's
93/95/00 R-models (107/250/300 built)

and any of the other 8 million built since 1965

stangs started being built in 1964...and i think i the very first stang ever rolled off the line still exists in mint cond.

Sorta. Ford never called them 1964 (or 1964 1/2). The serial numbers were all 1965. Some people refer to them as 'early' 1965's and 'late' 1965's.

I think the first car was sold to an airline pilot who sold it back to Ford some years later:shrug:
