Alternator light and abs

94 cobra, just replaced the alternator.

Was driving home abs light came on and the alternator light came on. The voltage on the dash went to H. When i came to a stop everything went back to normal, but once o gave it gas same problem. Any ideas?

It sounds to me like the voltage regulator in the alternator failed. The faster you spin the alternator, the higher the voltage goes. the regulator is supposed to keep it close to 14.3V.
