I was having some issues (me) w/my install on the BAP and wire upgrade kit and Jared got Rick on the phone and walked me through it. Customer service is just as good after the sale as it was before. Once I got my snake up and running again took her out to enjoy the cold air and shortened my tire life by atleast 1k miles
