Another Rear End Fluid Thread

After searching I'm not finding the answers I'm looking for.

My Cobra has 80k on it now and I'm unsure if the original owner ever swapped the rear end fluid.

What brand, weight, and do you use the friction modifier? And I'm assuming the capacity is around 2 quarts just so I know how much to buy.

Use friction modifier . You don't have to get it from Ford autozone sells the stuff. If you get royal purple or similar it has the friction modifier in it already.

You fill the diff until fluid starts to dribble out .

75w140, I wouldnt use the lower weight. It calls for 75w140 right on the pumpkin tag.

I got fluid and modifier from ford and a cheap hand pump. Sucked old out and pumped new in. Took 20 min.
