Will the following tire sizes fit a lowered 03' cobra with 18x10.5 chrome saleens out back?

Not without some pretty good modifications. It you are willing to work anything is possible.

i also have 1.5 inch wheel spacers you still dont think 335's will fit??

We do not recommend the use of spacers on any application. In this case though, the spacer will just push the assembly out further making fitment more difficult. You also have to consider that the minimum recommended rim width for the NT555R in size 335/30-18 is 11.5". That being said, I would consider running size 305/35-18.
