Have more than a few suds last night. Anybody have good recipes for soothing a hangover? My cousin said toss ice, 2 bananas, orange juice, 4 motrin into a blender and drink. Says it works wonders haha

Several things you can do.
If you still feel like you're drunk, don't drink Gatorade.
-I use these little powder things called Squinchers. Full of electrolytes.
-Greasy burger
-Airborne effervescent (sp)
-Multi-vitamin and some agua.
-for those mexican food fans out there, have a bowl of menudo. Instant hangover cure.

Why no gatorade if you still feel drunk?
Drink wAter and do something active to sweat it out. Ive put on 2 sweaters and just slept in my bed just to get it all out. You will smell it as it leaves your system.

Knocking one out with the ole lady works too now that I remember, that's being active right!
Gatorade (mass quantities of sugar and electrolytes) carries the booze through the system faster. I'll drink a Gatorade when I know I have little to no booze left in me. (1drink per hour...roughly)
Best cure for a hangover is to start drinking again.
This. The first time i tried this i didnt wanna see alcohol ever again thats how hungover i was, but it does work. Drink what you were drinking last night in less quantities with a water inbetween. sounds crazy but it does work
Vitamins, caffeine, water, and running a few miles knocks out my moderate hangovers.
