Ok I bought a line valve mod for my 2000 Lightning and I have messed it up a bit. I took the tranny pan off and I got to the lowest vavle body there was, and I took it off, and when I did, four balls came out. Two of them were larger and had a tan color, two others were BB sized and green. The two tan ones, I think I found where they go, but I have no idea were the green ones go. Obviously I took the wrong vavle body off. And I know this is a very vague post and its my last resort, I dunno what else to do. I can send pics via e-mail if you think you might know anything.
I did put the line vavle mod in the right valve body and it shifts good and hard when I do it manually, but it will not shift out of first into second by itself, and the overdrive button flashes on and off and that means there is a tranny malfunction. Does anyone know of any pictures or drawings of a 4R100 tranny I that I can see where exactly these little balls go? Thanks!
