Has anybody ever pulled there ABS module and how much trouble is involved. Is it hard to bleed the system etc,:beer: etc.

No... Yes it's difficult to bleed.
If you don't have an NGS to cycle the unit during the bleed, getting the air out is extremely difficult if not impossible.
This is one of the few jobs I would pay a dealer to do.
