I remember an old MM&FF mag that had a real 2000R with a blower on it. Mde like 575rwhp or something. Maybe thats the one.

Unlikely but possible. At a recent car show here in AZ, there was an authentic turbocharged R. It was badass. My buddy has pics on his camera. I'll shoot him a PM and see if he can post them up.

yeah, def a clone...they didn't come with automatics and you can hear that one shifting the gears when he is doing his burnout

That Turbo R is sick. I wonder if that's the same company that makes the supercharged/turbo combo for the WRX's? I can't remember the name of the company though.
