Anyone have luck with a remanufactured 4v long block?

I'm bouncing around options to freshen up my 01 Cobra. I found a few aviator and marauder engines in the junkyard but I have to be honest, Im hesitant to take a chance on one of those. I see a few remanufactured options for a long block at what looks to be a reasonable price. Anyone ever go that route?
