Anyone heard of "Baker Racing"?

I ran into a black Z06 Corvette yesterday that had those letters on the back windshield, a sweet aftermarket hood and a racing number on his car in a couple places (#17). I have a few more details about the car, but I want to research Baker Racing before I discuss what went down.

Because I'm not like that. Unless it’s something unique and special to post about, it means nothing to me. If I can find out more about this car and racing team, I might be inclined to tell about it.
