Anyone in Ft. Lauderdale - New to the area

Whats up guys? I relocated from the People's Socialist Republic of Maryland to Ft. lauderdale about a month ago. Wanted to see if there are any members in the area and if there are any good meets/hang out spots. I have seen more Rolls/Ferraris/Lambos/Teslas than stangs around here lol.

I live just off Las Olas on NE 6th.

What's up man, I'm from Fort Lauderdale. Been here in Tallahassee for 2 1/2 years but I'm moving back home early next month. Tons of exotics down there, even more mustangs but there's a good amount of tasteful ones. Looks like you got a sweet Mustang making crazy numbers! There's a general meet every Friday night at the "Tower Shops" plaza on University just south of 595, check it out sometime. There's tons of easy prey for you once everyone starts leaving. Have fun!

Hey man. I just moved here from the Boston area. I don't have a stang yet but I will asap. I have a 13 F150 STX SCAB. I have only had it a few months and needed the 4wd in Mass. I'd go trade it in right now if I could but I'm still way up side down on the loan. I love the truck but I cant wait to get back into a stang especially down here. Ill be at Hooters on Sunday. My first South Florida car show!

I'd go trade it in right now if I could but I'm still way up side down on the loan. I love the truck but I cant wait to get back into a stang especially down here. Ill be at Hooters on Sunday. My first South Florida car show!

I was there from about noon-130ish. It was too nice a day to not head back and go to the beach :beer:

If you want to head South, on the first saturday of each month, there is a fairly large meet at the Sir Pizza located on SW 120 Street and about SW 122 Ave. Lots of diff cars, many diff clubs represented, but mostly old muscle, with all gens of Mustangs there. Usually around 200 cars on a good day. Cars start showing up around 430... Most cars there around 7... Runs until 10-11 ish.

Ropped off, DJ....etc.

Prob 30-35 minutes South on expressway for you. If you are in the mood for a longer cruise.

You know you got Hooters as a monthly g2g. Towers is OK, they charge you to park though, which sucks now.

Hey Rob, thanks for the info. I have some stuff to do Saturday since my PODS finally shipped in, I will be moving stuff on Saturday.....woohoo.
