anyone know if the build date is on the instrument cluster bezel?

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that's the build date of the cluster itself, not the car. I see manufactured-on dates on a lot of things, most of the time it's several little circles that look like a clock with an arrow pointing towards a number. One for the month, day and year.
