Having some Emissions problems I would like to set some sensors to No error reported not just off. This will let the test occur but regardless of the result it will report no error found. This way no CEL will trip and the emission test will show ready and car will pass. I know some tuners can do this just don't know what ones. My car has a Turbo with no EGR and some other things so some sensors show not ready/error. Thanks for your help

What you are asking for would be for an off road only tune. If you have a trailered race car you should be able to find a tuner who will do that.
To fool the emissions self checks on an on road car would violate several laws both state and federal. For that reason most tuners might be unwilling to do that.

You're going to have to buy a self tuning product to do that. Plenty of them out there or pay to get those parameters turned off. Good luck
