Anyone running a vortech on there mach if so I need some answers

I had a 2004 gt with a vortech v1 stock bottom end on 10 1/2 lbs of boost making 400/400 car lasted for ever I sold it and it still runs. I now have a 04 mach 1 with kooks longtubes and full exhaust thinking about getting a vortech v3 for her. What will the motor handle? Ive heard different numbers. I may even get new rods and pistons but im confortable with it making 500 if it can? Any input is welcome.

Not a Vortech but ive made 450+ for 4 years on a eaton and now a turbo. I would say no more then 10 psi and or 500 hp but thats imo.

Thanks man im actually gonna forge the bottom end before I do anything... Know anywhere I can get a good set of manley rods and pistons?

MMR hands down has the best prices on rod/piston kits, or a stroker kit


Mine has made 430 for years and hundreds of passes at the track, but like stated 500 rwhp is about it safely
