Pump gas? How much boost are you running? How big of a shot were you planning on going with?

My buddy is running a 50 shot with his KB 2.2. The setup has been on the car awhile.
I have a nitrous setup on mine but I haven't used it with the KB yet. Eaton and ported eaton setup I ran 100 shot. I am going to try some Meth and see how big of a shot I can run on pump gas with the KB. I am running 21 psi according to the boost gauge. I also am going to be running the Vampire Spark knock detection unit so I am hoping this along coated pistons and heads will keep the motor alive. We'll see how it works out. It will be a while before I pull this all together. I have got most the parts but tunning will be a pain.
If your already running a KB typically you are already really close to the limit of pump gas. To run a shot you typically need to raise the octane of the fuel or back the timing way back.

I normally have atleast a 100 and 93 octane 50/50 mix in the car... at the very least. sometimes it's all 100 octane:shrug:
