Anyone running this??

I am having the front of my truck re-painted and my body guy is filling in the holes for the license plate so i thought of doing this just in case the cops around where i live try to give me a problem? Wasnt sure if anyone on here was running this and had some pictures on how they bolted it up....

i was exceeding the speed limit ha the wind just must have cought it because when i got to the girlfriends house my plate was draging the ground the rubber incerts pulled out of my bumper if you get i would try and find another way of holding it up ...now the frame of it is all mess up now so it doesnt work anymore
