Just wondering what the consensus is on Mobil Synthetic ATF in their T-56? I know there are some folks running Red Line and Royal Purple brands. Any inputs??

I was using mobel 1 in the tranny. I was having a problem when the cobra was cold, it was hard to shift from 1st to 2nd. I just changed the tranny and rear end w/ red line. I'm impressed with red line products. What a difference.

I am currently running Mobil1 ATF in my tranny. When I first got it done, I noticed easier shifts. Now that it had gotten colder, I am (arrggghhh) grinding gears like crazy. Seems much harder to get it in gear now.:gt: Forget speed shifting, now its speed grinding. I may swap out to Redline becuse I am absolutely killing my tranny gears.
I had Mobile 1 put in this week. When cold, it still feels like the stock lube. But after a few miles it really get slick.
I've had mobil 1 atf in for about a month, seems about the same as stock when cold, and smoother when it warms up.
Redline ATF D4 here. Works great hot, cold (not really cold here though) smooth, quiet. Good stuff. Amsoil in my engine, redline in tranny and rear.
