I'm thinking about installing Prothane rear control arm bushings this

weekend. :bash: I've read on here that polyurethane(urethane) is not

recommended for a pivot or rotating type joint like the upper and lower

control arms, but is okay for subframe bushings, or diff bushings :bs: . So

has anyone installed the Prothane instead of the Delrin bushings? :cryying:

Did it help a little with wheel hop? :cuss: I just don't want to fork out a few

hundred bucks right now for the Delrins. :mj: I'm kind of on a budget at the

moment... :nonono:

Its a PITA job. If you're gonna do it, just save up a little more and get the delrin. You will not WANT to do this twice.

I know that I should save up and get the Delrins, your right. I was just curious to see if others have just went with plain urethane for their upper and lower control arms, and what results they achieved, thats all. Anyone?!

I think one of the cobra R guys has tried it. Also, a redfire coupe that was tuned by amazon, but I can't remember his screen name.
