Well let me tell you i just finished changing my timing chain, guides and tensioners and no more noise! granted my engine has 127,000 miles on it.( its a 2010) looks like the timing chain was really stretch out the tensioner was almost maxed out too. pretty straight forward job just time consuming. also there is a video showing you how to do it that is circulating and it is wrong. for some reason the timing chain the lady is describing is totally different from the one i received. so two orange links go to the cam marks and yellow goes to crank.
anyones engine knocking on startup?
