APE chip was on car, we took it off, cuz it was makin car run rich and gettin too much gas...we think. After taking the chip off and put wires back together, car wont start? YOu can hear it clicking, regardless if the chip is put back on or not, it wont crank? Anybody know hat is wrong or how to fix this...need help asap..thanx
