Are Bassani Mid Length headers street legal with High Flow Cats?

Hi all. I searched and couldn't find an answer. Basically I wanted to know if I'd pass emissions with Bassani Mid length headers and Bassani Catted X pipe. thanks.

you can pass the sniffer, but you wont pass visual

I passed my inspection both visual and obdII. Most shops won't recognize you only have 2 cats and that they are high flo. If it is an obdII test you'll need mil elminators or a tune.
