Well, to answer the title....
I believe Magnaflow has a CARB mid pipe. Last time I looked it was $1200. Other than that....no.

No, I moved it to a new thread because you bumped a 14 year old thread.
It's literally the only aftermarket X pipe that's CA legal.
The one or two other replacements are H pipes.
