Are these tires/wheels any good?

I was looking at these and they seem like a good deal. Are the tires and wheels of good quality? Thanks for any opinions.

Hard to tell over the computer but if what is posted is true, then i would say they are good.

shotty tires, but they would work to burn off quick before you buy some nice ones.
