Cold starts are more important than miles driven..
And that is exactly what Jim at JDM told me. I was driving the car for hours on end, back to back. I would drive at 7am, 9am, 11am, etc. His technique was a drive on the highway in the morning, then park the car. Drive that evening and then park the car. Another drive the following morning and then it was set.
It’s been raining so I haven’t tried it yet but I’m gonna try it his way. He said that the car needs to see cold starts to the heaters can cycle and once the heaters set, the O2’s and cats will all fall in line.
