Assistance with Avatar please

Guys, I have resized it and it always comes out sh*tty....
I have tried to lighten it a few times and that worked but lost shine. But no matter what I cant get it to 125x125 pixels...
Any pro hook me up?? Trying to get the new pic on here....

I tried it, can you guys lighten and center it. Feel free to juice it up a little... My business name is STREETRACER PERFORMANCE
and my user name is SALEENNOTCH....
add a Saleen emblem or something, thats cool..
