This is just a question. I dont have plans for huge insane power but I was just curious and the thought was going through my head. When is a 3" exhaust, or less restrictive exhaust, actually benficial over a typical aftermarket 2.5"? Not when is it needed....but when will they actually help? I know a 2.5" x and catback arent NEEDED with bolt ons but they will give decent gains. When does this law apply again?
