ATTENTION: KILLER CHILLER USERS H/E bypass how to(switchable)

Is there anyone or anyway to do this mod with the 3 way valve "WITHOUT" pulling the bumper?

I have a car lift and good access to the underside....would like to know if anyone has tried this or an explanation as to why it you "have to remove the bumper", or whether it just makes it easier?

to be honest the bumper cover is 4 plastic push pins two screws in fender Wells and 4 nuts under bumper cover where it meets the fenders and four headlight retainers.
it would take 20 minutes tops especially if you have a lift.
I can't say whether it's deemed necessary, but knowing where they are installed would make sense it would be easier if removed. it's a one man job too, just leave the top two push pins for last.
